The Next Geist Event is May 17. There is still plenty of time to qualify in Indianpolis for the Anglers Dream Kentucky Lake National Championship. No regional qualifier necessary. Between Geist and Morse Reservoir there are nine events left. You only need five to qualify. Join us today.

Additional Event: Fathers Day Weekend Special June 14. To fill in the void between the May 17 event and July 12 there director Ken Phillips decided to add and additional event to his schedule. This will be one more way for the fishermen to get points for the Kentucky Lake Championship or just fish another great event. Historically June has been a great month on Geist. You won't want to miss it.

• USA Bassin members fish for cash, points, and entry in 2015 Lucas Oil Tournament on KY Lake.
• This is not a Brookville divisional tournament.
• Cost is $90 Cash ($75 entry, $10 BB, $5 lake usage fee).
• Registration at Fairfield Ramp starts at 4:45 - meeting at 5:30 - tournament starts at 6:15.

REMINDER:

Monday May 26th, 6:30 am until 1 pm. 4 fish limit per team, no singles if at all possible due to the new regulations on rivers in Indiana. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass, minimum of 15 inches long. $40.00 per boat includes big bass, cut off is the 465 bridge. NO DEAD FISH WILL BE WEIGHED IN! No culling in parking lot. Past few years we have been getting 15-20 boats which is great, lets be courteous to one another and have a good time. One big bass will be paid, and I will pay out 1 place for every 4 boats that enter. 100 percent payback as usual. Hope to see some old friends and make some new ones, Ill be at the ramp around 5:30 to start taking money. Take off position is determined as you pay, just the way we always do it.

My partner (Ben Messersmith) and I took first place with a 3 fish limit going 10.79 lbs and also Big Bass @ 4.47 lbs. Our fish were caught on Accent Fishing Products Scooter Heads paired with Berkley Chigger Craws.

Indiana Bass Federation Invitational Trail in partnership with Eddie Gilstrap Motors of Salem is happy to present the Ohio River Rocky Point Invitationals.

There are two tournaments on two days. Saturday May 31st. is one complete tournament and Sunday June 1st and another complete tournament. Completely separate points and pay outs.

Our registration for the tournaments will be hosted by BIG TALES tackle shop in downtown Tell City. Registration will open at 5:00 PM and everyone must be signed in by 7:00 PM (INDIANAPOLIS TIME)  We will draw and have pairings at 7:00 at the tackle shop 1002 Main St. Tell City Indiana.   The pairing for Sunday will be at the weigh in on Saturday, at Rocky Point.

You may register for both tournaments on that Friday evening.

You do not have to fish both tournaments.

Remember you may only practice on FRIDAY.   The entire pool is off limits Monday thru Thursday.

If you go to practice on Friday you must pay the ramp fee.  Ralph at Perry Marine will donate the ramp fee each day to the anglers. Please thank Ralph and visit his marine store.

Remember INDIANAPOLIS TIME, and be careful about using your cell phones for time because the time zone in that area switches back and forth. 

Also, guys, remember the IBF is helping run the first Switzerland County Bass Battle at Vevay Indiana.

This is an added money team tournament. Guaranteed $8000.00 to first place. 90% pay back to 15% of the field. The first place money is guaranteed even if there are two boats!!!!

This is a two day tournament May 24th and 25th. Please visit stay and play in Vevay.
